The agent of Manchester United summer signing Benjamin Sesko has broken his silence after the former RB Leipzig striker completed his blockbuster transfer to Old Trafford.
Manchester United confirmed the signing of Benjamin Sesko on Saturday and the Red Devils wasted no time rolling out the red carpet for their latest acquisition.
The 22-year-old Slovenian forward was at Old Trafford today for United’s penalty shootout win against Fiorentina, which marked the end of the pre-season tour.
Ahead of United’s friendly match with Fiorentina, Sesko was unveiled to the United fans after the Red Devils signed the former RB Leipzig ace in a deal worth £73.7m.
The Slovenia international was presented to the Old Trafford faithful on the pitch alongside fellow United signings Diego Leon, Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.

Manchester United tabled a bid for Benjamin Sesko earlier this week and the Red Devils’ first approach for the striker was accepted amid Newcastle’s interest.
The Red Devils have agreed to pay RB Leipzig an initial fee of £66.3m, with United’s add-ons taking the whole transfer for former Newcastle target Sesko to £73.7m.
Newcastle had an initial bid of £65.4m and a further £4.3m in potential add-ons rejected last week before returning to the table on Monday with an improved offer.
The Magpies increased their bid to £69.7m and agreed to add-ons for Sesko, but the former Leipzig attacker chose the project at Old Trafford under Ruben Amorim.
Elvis Basanovic, who is Sesko’s agent, posted a message after the United striker completed his move and shared the “promise” that he made to a “young boy.”
“Years ago, I made a promise to a young boy with a dream: together, we would reach the very top,” he posted on Instagram.
“Today, that promise has been fulfilled. Proud of you, Benjamin. The Theatre of Dreams awaits.”

Sesko has inked a United contract until 2030 after his big-money move and the Red Devils finally landed a new striker for Ruben Amorim ahead of the new season.
United director of football Jason Wilcox sent a clear-cut message about the RB Salzburg striker’s potential after saying that he could hit a “world-class” level.
“Working under the guidance of Ruben and our excellent performance team, Benjamin is joining the perfect environment to support him to reach his world-class potential,” he said, as per Manchester United’s official website.
“The desire that all of our new signings have shown to join the club this summer highlights the appeal and stature of Manchester United, as we continue to build and develop a team capable of challenging for the biggest honours.”
Sesko could make his United debut next weekend for the Red Devils’ opening Premier League match of the 2025-26 campaign against Arsenal at Old Trafford.
