Amorim praised the England defender for his performance against Liverpool and has tipped Maguire to play a big role for United against Brighton on the weekend.
“Harry Maguire is really important for us, he was really important for us today, he is a great example on that,” he said, as per Manchester United’s official website.
“Everything that he has been through. It’s a good example for every kid. And now he has to recover to be ready for Brighton.”
United are now ninth in the Premier League table and the Red Devils are two points adrift from joint third-place Liverpool after eight league matches played this season.
