Manchester United are preparing for their second league game of the season after a nervy, but positive ending to the game vs Fulham.
Joshua Zirkzee had a dream debut, form which he will want to continue against Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.
There were debuts from Noussair Mazraoui and Matthijs de Ligt as well but the question that concentrated the minds of many was the complete of Jadon Sancho from the squad.
Erik ten Hag was far from giving a ringing endorsement of the player while explaining the decision afterwards and there is now renewed talk over a Jadon Sancho transfer.
Amidst all this, report has emerged of what Sancho did after getting dropped from the squad vs Fulham and how it might have given a finality to his career at Old Trafford.

Jadon Sancho omission and repercussions
Ten Hag said after the game that even though the player could play, he chose not to select him just as a matter of preference.
In the press conference in the lead-up to the Brighton game, he again stressed that no player should sulk if they get dropped.
Both statements clearly apply to Sancho, whose future at United is now murkier than ever, as Juventus have opened talks to sign him.
That might have gained pace due to what Sancho did after the omission, an act which would hardly surprise many fans at this point.
The Athletic report that once Sancho was informed of his omission from the squad, he ‘reaffirmed’ his desire to leave.
Not only that, he mixed normally with his teammates in the dressing room before kick-off but was nowhere to be seen in the director’s box watching the game where the likes of Rasmus Hojlund and Leny Yoro were present.
After this revelation, Ten Hag’s comments on players needing to be ready to step up when called upon and not sulk can be viewed at in a new light.
A marriage of ‘in’-convenience
Sancho’s reintegration into the Manchester United squad came as a surprise from the day it happened because of how sour his relationship with Ten Hag had gotten last year.
Still, it looked like they would deal with it like two professionals, as Sancho also played plenty in the pre-season and looked encouraging.
However, there is clearly a wall between the player and the manager now and what looked like a professional truce is more like a marriage of inconvenience at this point.
The player doesn’t want to stay, especially under Ten Hag, the manager doesn’t fancy the player when everyone is fit, and the fans are already over the whole saga.
A fresh start at a new club for the player and some much-needed money for Man United is the ideal scenario for all parties now.
His wages remain a problem but at this point, everyone might just bite the bullet and concede something at their end to get this deal moving. The cloud hovering above everyone needs to go away.
