Raheem Sterling must be sick of Aaron Wan-Bissaka. Once again the City forward was shut out by United’s right-back.
Wan-Bissaka played a key role in United keeping a clean sheet in an impressively controlled 2-0 win.
Sterling has never scored against United and Wan-Bissaka has been a key part of this ever since signing for the club two summers ago.
Sterling completed no dribbles, with Wan-Bissaka proving to be a brick wall at right-back he just could not get past.

It was a repeat performance from derbies last year and makes you wonder why Pep Guardiola doesn’t try him on the other flank or in a different position.
Wan-Bissaka has got Sterling’s number and at this point he is in the City player’s head.
Sterling becomes determined to win the individual battle and becomes so focused on it, his frustration grows the more he keeps on failing.
Perhaps one day he will have his moment and get one up on the United defender, but there was no chance of happening on Sunday.
Wan-Bissaka won three tackles and made five interceptions, the highest of any United defender in each category.
He also made three clearances, and unlike Sterling, completed one dribbling attempt.
England boss Gareth Southgate was in attendance, and if he does not call Wan-Bissaka up to his next squad after this performance, then he must not have been watching the game properly.
Fan reaction
Wan-Bissaka’s performance drew praise from fans who loved seeing him put in a strong performance against Sterling once again.
