Tyrell Malacia made his debut for PSV Eindhoven three weeks ago after joining the Eredivisie outfit on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 25-year-old has since made a total of five appearances for the Dutch side, with the latest coming tonight in the Champions League as they suffered a 7-1 hammering against Arsenal.
Tyrell Malacia will be aiming to get back to his best form after previously establishing himself in the Eredivisie, during his time at Feyenoord before he moved to Old Trafford.
Although the Netherlands international is unlikely to have a future at Manchester United, the Reds will hope he can prove himself as a left-back that other clubs consider worthy of signing.
Tyrell Malacia clashes with Go Ahead Eagles striker
Go Ahead Eagles striker Victor Edvardsen has revealed he had a half-time spat with Malacia during an Eredivisie clash last weekend.
The Manchester United loanee reportedly lost patience with Edvardsen who was proving to be irritating for his opponents.
That led to a half-time altercation between Malacia and Edvardsen.
Speaking to De Stentor, Edvardsen revealed what Malacia said to him on Saturday evening.
“He said I was talking nonsense and irritating,” said Edvardsen.
“But yes, I said, that’s necessary, because we are the smaller club. The players said all sorts of things to me, but that doesn’t bother me. I fight for every ball.”
PSV lost the game 3-2, which means Malacia has only been able to enjoy one win since returning to the Netherlands. That came in the Champions League against Serie A giants Juventus to qualify for the knockout phase of Europe’s most prestigious competition.
What’s next for Malacia?
Malacia’s focus for the remainder of the season will be to return to his best form.
The former Feyenoord left-back will want to prove that his injury-ridden spell at United doesn’t impact the rest of his career.
Malacia will be in action again on Saturday when they take on Heerenveen in the league.

PSV are currently positioned second in the Eredivisie, trailing Ajax by 8 points, and they stand little chance of progressing in the Champions League round of 16 following a heavy defeat to Arsenal.
Only time will tell if Malacia can enjoy his first win as a PSV player against Heerenveen.
