The final exit of the transfer window for Manchester United is now official and sees Tyrell Malacia head back to the Netherlands on loan.
Deadline day for Manchester United closed up on Monday night, but Tuesday saw two deals announced.
Ruben Curley was sold to Stoke City, while Tyrell Malacia’s move to PSV only materialised very late on Tuesday.
Despite being in Eindhoven on Monday, reports in the Netherlands suggested PSV were waiting on documents to arrive from United.
PSV will have Malacia on loan with an £8m option to buy, while the Dutch club will cover his entire £80,000-a-week wage.

Tyrell Malacia joins PSV on loan from Manchester United
Late on Tuesday night, Malacia’s loan to PSV became official as he and the PSV Instagram account did a joint post of the left-back in a PSV kit.
PSV captioned it “Welcome to Eindhoven, Tyrell”.
In the comments, United captain and Malacia’s former teammate Bruno Fernandes responded.
Bruno wrote: “My guy”, followed by a heart emoji.

Another of Malacia’s teammates from United – now former – to react was Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Wan-Bissaka commented with a saluting emoji and a heart in a clear message of support to his fellow full-back.

Malacia’s first words after joining PSV
Upon the announcement, PSV shared Malacia’s first words upon joining the Eredivisie side.
Speaking with PSV club media, Malacia explained, “I’m glad to be here. Finally playing football again”.
“I come from a long injury, but I am now fit and know that my time will come again,” Malacia said. “In every difficult period, there are also positive elements and that is in this case that I have become much stronger physically and mentally.
“I have more patience, am more mature, know my body better and things like that. I’m ready to pop and hopefully win multiple awards with PSV.”
Along with Malacia’s comments, PSV’s football director Earnest Stewart talked up the deal, “We are very happy to welcome Tyrell, a player who can be of immediate value for PSV.
“Tyrell has a lot of experience at the highest level and is also a player who has a lot of stretch in it. We look forward to seeing him in action.”
