Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has offered an injury update on wonderkid Amad
Solskjaer said he doesn’t expect to have the wideman back until after the next international break, when United face Leicester City on 16 October.
That’s the same prognosis as Marcus Rashford and both men trained away from the first team ahead of the clash with Villarreal.

“They’re still a few weeks away so, hopefully after the international break, they could be available,” Ole told the club website about Amad and Rashford.
“They’re working hard, both of them positive, and it’s been a long, long time for Marcus of course. Probably the longest he’s been out but he’s needed it.
“He looks raring to go, happy and he knows he’s missed out on pre-season, but he’s done loads of good conditioning work and should be ready soon.”

As you can see above, Amad has been pictured back training ahead of the Villarreal clash, but it seems United are keen not to rush him back.
There’s no need to, with the attacking options that United can call upon.
In fact, if it wasn’t for this injury, he’d be on loan at Feyenoord, so it is a bonus for Solskjaer that he can call on him.
That gives Amad a chance to fully recover without being hurried back and he now has the chance to learn closely from Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the ideal mentor for a young, talented winger.
