How Rio Ferdinand reacted to what Dan James did in United win
Dan James’ rapid pace was on full display in Manchester United’s latest pre-season win.
James was unlucky to hit the post after being put through on goal by Marcus Rashford.
The Welsh wonder sprinted from the edge of his own box to join a counter attack, looking like he was being fast-forwarded.
His pace is a sight to behold and former United star Rio Ferdinand was impressed with what he saw.
RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.
Ferdinand praised an online video of James’ display of pace, and congratulated United on another victory.
So far we are two wins for two on our pre-season tour, but it is just Perth Glory and Leeds United.
In Singapore we face Inter Milan and then Tottenham.
Both of them will have a challenge to cope with James, such is the unique threat he poses.
James’ pace is no shock, but seeing it in full flow is a sight to behold.
When he can add more elements to his game and become a more well rounded player, he could be truly special.
Signing him is an impressive piece of scouting. He has the potential to rip a few teams apart in the Premier League.
