Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola is already in conversation with Paris Saint-Germain over the Frenchman’s exit from Manchester United this summer.
According to a report by French outlet Foot Mercato, PSG are keen to make a statement signing.
They report that PSG’s sporting director Leonardo and Raiola have already had those first conversations.
Mauricio Pochettino has already brought in Gini Wijnaldum on a free from Liverpool but wants another central midfielder before the end of the window.

They report that Raiola and Pogba are both open to the prospect of a move to PSG this summer.
Pogba has just one year remaining on his Old Trafford contract so United are running out of time to get decent money for him if he doesn’t extend his deal.
The report claims PSG are also in talks with Cristiano Ronaldo. Would they be able to afford him and Pogba this summer?
If not, who would be the priority? All of this is not clear but PSG are probably the most likely suitors for Pogba this summer.

Why PSG are the most realistic option
The most simple answer is money. We all know they’re mega-rich, but PSG seem to be in a stronger financial position than some other potential destinations for Pogba.
Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus would all likely want him, but their financial situations are dire.
That’s why they clung onto the Super League for so long. Even with a year left on his deal, it’s hard to see any of those clubs putting together an offer this summer that United would accept for Pogba.
That creates a window of opportunity for PSG. They could leap in a year early and grab Pogba if the talks with Raiola go well.
Of course it shouldn’t be ruled out that Pogba signs a new deal at United. He seems to enjoy working with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the club is on the up.
But if he does leave, PSG are the team with the financial clout to get him in this pandemic-impacted market.
If they do sign Pogba, they’d hope to get his international form out of him. Pogba shone at Euro 2020, even though France have already been eliminated by Switzerland in the shock of the tournament so far.
