Jadon Sancho’s stance on his Manchester United future has been revealed as the Englishman looks set for a move away from Old Trafford.

Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho’s future at Old Trafford certainly looks bleak after the Englishman had a rather public falling out with Erik ten Hag.

The Dutchman, after the defeat to Arsenal, admitted that the former Borussia Dortmund forward had not done enough in training to be selected which led to Sancho publicly disagreeing with his manager.

From then on, his future has looked bleak but the Englishman has a ‘secret desire’ according to reports, despite being linked with a move to Juventus.

Sancho’s desire

According to a report from Sky Germany, the Englishman wants to remain at Old Trafford and is keen on revitalising a career that has stuttered over the past two years.

Joining United in the summer of 2021, the winger looked to be the signing that would elevate their attack to a new level but, apart from a few fleeting moments, the 23-year-old has struggled massively.

Donyell Malen has been linked with a move to Old Trafford with the Englishman heading back to Dortmund but whether United would be interested in such a swap deal remains to be seen.

The Guardian claims that Sancho is likely to leave in the winter transfer window but whether the winger should stay and receive another chance is the big question.

Sancho’s future

Sancho’s future looks like it will be away from Old Trafford with the Englishman being linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, as well as Italian giants Juventus.

It looks like Ten Hag has made his decision about Sancho’s future but if the winger apologises to the 53-year-old, you wonder if this could repair the rift between the pair.

Whether Sancho deserves a second chance to prove that he is worth the £73 million that United paid for him remains to be seen but, if the winger did apologise, is it too little too late?

The English winger has had ample time to say sorry to the former Ajax boss but, as of yet, has failed to do so leaving his United career in doubt.

Ten Hag recently admitted that it is ‘up to him’ to make his way back into the United squad and it would be some redemption story if he did just that.
