Manchester United have learned the club’s opening fixtures have been announced for the 2025/26 season.

Ruben Amorim and Manchester United are set for a tough start to the Premier League season. The confirmed 2025/26 fixtures see the Red Devils open up at Old Trafford at home to Arsenal.

United’s opening five games lay out a tough start, one which could be rewarding if the club are able to get it right.

• 17 August – Manchester United vs Arsenal
• 24 August – Fulham vs Manchester United
• 30 August – Manchester United vs Burnley
• 13 September – Manchester City vs Manchester United
• 20 September – Manchester United vs Chelsea 

In terms of new faces, Manchester United should have a few new signings when the new season kicks off. But right now the only one we know for certain is Matheus Cunha.
