There are no charges pending against Mason Greenwood after the Crown Prosecution Service announced they would not be pursuing the case, earlier this year.
United then suspended Greenwood, to conduct their own investigation and hold talks with various stakeholders, including club sponsors.

Latest Mason Greenwood update
The MEN reports a decision over Mason Greenwood’s future could come in “the next few weeks.”

United were very deliberate that they did not want the situation to overshadow the end of Erik ten Hag’s first season.

The Mail reported in March that ‘extensive talks’ have been held between Greenwood and Manchester United officials.
Greenwood wants to continue his career, one way or another, whether this means staying at United or pursuing a career abroad.
A recent report via The Sun claimed Italian side Juventus hold an interest in signing Greenwood.

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag recently spoke about Greenwood’s ability in a complimentary tone, in an interview with The Times.
When asked about the club’s need for a scoring striker, he said that Greenwood has “shown in the past that he is capable of doing that”.
