Manchester United are on the road again this summer, and this time they’re headed back to America. Here’s absolutely everything you need to know about it.
Pre-season is always a good time to get a glimpse of the squad, give some of the youngsters a go and overall get the players fitter for the upcoming season.
In the past United have been far and wide, including trips to China, Thailand and Australia – but in 2023, the destination is once again America, which is massively exciting for the large Red Devil fanbase in the States.
Here we have absolutely everything you need to know about Manchester United’s pre-season summer tour in 2023.

When does pre-season begin?
Manchester United’s pre-season campaign 2023 will officially kick off on July 12th 2023. However, this could be subject to change if any fixtures are announced prior to this date.
Fixtures
So far as of 25/05/2023, four fixtures have been announced for United’s pre-season tour of America – plus one beforehand in Scotland and another in Scandinavia. These are as follows.
- July 12th 2023: Manchester United vs Leeds United, Ullevaal Stadium, Oslo
- July 19th 2023: Manchester United vs Lyon at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, Scotland
- July 22nd 2023: Manchester United vs Arsenal at Met Life Stadium, New York
- July 25th 2023: Manchester United vs Wrexham at the Snapdragon Stadium, San Diego.
- July 26th 2023: Manchester United vs Real Madrid at the NRG Stadium, Houston
- July 30th 2023: Manchester United vs Borussia Dortmund at the Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas.

Separately, fixtures for the under-21 team have also been announced.
- July 30th 2023, 2pm: Manchester United under-21s v Altrincham, J.Davidson Stadium

How to Watch
As per every pre-season tour, all games will be broadcast live for fans on MUTV.
Annual passes can be bought for £29.99 or you can pay £7.99 for an individual month, which is a great shout as this will likely cover every pre-season match.

Tickets
Unfortunately, tickets for the Wrexham game are already sold out due to extremely popular demand. However, there is still a chance to see the mighty Reds in none other than Las Vegas against Borussia Dortmund.
Tickets for Manchester United v Borussia Dortmund go on pre-sale to fans who have pre-registered and Manchester United Season Ticket Holders, Official Members and Executive Club Members from 20:00 BST on Tuesday 4 April, before going on general sale from 17:00 BST on Thursday 6 April.
