Manchester United are on the road again this summer, and this time they’re headed back to America. Here’s absolutely everything you need to know about it.
Pre-season is always a good time to get a glimpse of the squad, give some of the youngsters a go and overall get the players fitter for the upcoming season.
In the past United have been far and wide, including trips to China, Thailand and Australia – but in 2023, the destination is once again America, which is massively exciting for the large Red Devil fanbase in the States.
Here we have absolutely everything you need to know about Manchester United’s pre-season summer tour in 2023.

When does pre-season begin?
Manchester United’s pre-season campaign 2023 will officially kick off on July 12th 2023. However, this could be subject to change if any fixtures are announced prior to this date.
Fixtures
So far as of 21/06/2023, four fixtures have been announced for United’s pre-season tour of America – plus one beforehand in Scotland, another in Scandinavia, a trip to the Theatre of Dreams and then off to Ireland! These are as follows.
- Wed July 12th 2023, 4pm: Manchester United vs Leeds United, Ullevaal Stadium, Oslo
- Wed July 19th 2023, 2pm: Manchester United vs Lyon at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, Scotland
- Sat July 22nd 2023, 10pm: Manchester United vs Arsenal at Met Life Stadium, New York
- Wed July 26th 2023, 3.30am: Manchester United vs Wrexham at the Snapdragon Stadium, San Diego.
- Thur July 27th 2023, 3.30am: Manchester United vs Real Madrid at the NRG Stadium, Houston
- Mon July 31st 2023, 2am: Manchester United vs Borussia Dortmund at the Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas.
- Sat August 5th 2023, 12:45pm: Manchester United vs RC Lens at Old Trafford, Manchester
- Sun August 6th 2023, 4pm: Manchester United vs Athletic Bilbao at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin

Separately, fixtures for the under-21 team have also been announced.

How to Watch
As per every pre-season tour, all first-team games will be broadcast live for fans on MUTV.
Annual passes can be bought for £29.99 or you can pay £7.99 for an individual month, which is a great shout as this will likely cover every pre-season match.

Unfortunately, tickets for the Wrexham game are already sold out due to extremely popular demand. However, there is still a chance to see the mighty Reds in none other than Las Vegas against Borussia Dortmund.
