Marcus Rashford has finally got the move he dreamed about when his Manchester United career came to an end.
After months of waiting in Manchester United’s exiled five, Barcelona finally handed Marcus Rashford his dream move and he has been delighted at his presentation.
This summer, several clubs have been linked, but Rashford has always been desperate to join Barcelona, refusing to even accommodate interest from elsewhere.
Barcelona will be paying Rashford’s entire wage during his season-long loan with the Catalan giants, which the club have an option to make permanent. Meanwhile, United have a penalty clause in place should Barcelona decide not to purchase Rashford at the end of the season.
On Wednesday, Rashford was unveiled by Barcelona, as the 27-year-old looked absolutely thrilled to be at the Camp Nou where he will hope to get his career back on track after two poor seasons.
Now, Rashford has posted a message.

Marcus Rashford sends message after completing Barcelona move
There was no holding back the smile on Rashford’s face in Barcelona on Wednesday night when the deal was announced.
Under the confirmation, Alejandro Garnacho celebrated Rashford’s loan transfer with a message which further emphasised that the Argentine has no future prospects at the club.
Following this, Rashford posted on his Instagram account with a photo of himself and Joan Laporta signing the contract, and he added a two word message in Spanish.
Rashford wrote: “Visca Barca”, followed by a flexing emoji. This translates to “Long live Barca” in English, showing his delight at completing the move and that his intention is to remain long term.
After this post, Rashford also posted again to thank Barcelona fans. He captioned the reel: “Thank you for such a warm welcome! See you soon.”
Anthony Martial and David de Gea respond to Marcus Rashford
Over the two posts from Rashford, several of his former United teammates sent him messages of congratulations.
One of the biggest names to send Rashford a message was Anthony Martial, who Rashford once formed a devastating attacking partnership with at United.
Martial sent a praying emoji and also a heart to Rashford in response to the news that he had joined Barcelona.

David de Gea also added a message, sending Rashford a heart emoji followed by a flexing emoji.
These two aforementioned players didn’t leave United on the best of terms under Erik ten Hag and so they will surely be pleased to see their former teammate so delighted.
Nemanja Matic also commented, writing: “Good luck brother”.
