Ruben Amorim doubted Marcus Rashford as a striker
During his time at Old Trafford, Rashford preferred to play left wing, but he also spent stints as a striker and on the right flank.
However, Rashford struggled to have the same impact for United when played down the middle. During his short spell under Amorim before he was frozen out of the squad, the Red Devils boss was left unimpressed.

Amorim was not convinced by Rashford as striker due to a lack of physicality. However, it was ultimately Rashford’s poor work rate in training that cost him his spot under the Portuguese head coach.
Rashford is willing to play striker for Barcelona, and it seems he is having much better luck up front for the Spanish giants.
