Reaction
The opening game against Leeds could be a blockbuster, especially if Old Trafford is anything close to full.
It’s a relatively gentle start to the campaign, before it really ramps up through October and November.
The Champions League group stage will have kicked in by then too, so it’ll be a crucial period on all fronts.
United’s festive period has come out quite kindly, but March looks like being a big month.
That game against Chelsea in the final home match of the season could be hugely important, but aside from that, the run-in could have been worse.
