Shaw’s message shows how Mount will be welcomed at Manchester United, and that he will have no trouble at all settling in.
Manchester United star Shaw recently signed a contract renewal at Old Trafford and will be a key part of Erik ten Hag’s side going forward.
Mount will be too, he is set to sign a deal to 2028 with an option to extend to 2029.
Shaw had previously hinted at possible additions, telling Football Daily last month: “We are going to make new signings, big signings this summer.
“Hopefully we can get them done as quickly as possible so they are in for pre-season. Our aim at the beginning of next season has to be winning the Premier League.”
