Manchester United welcomed Antony back to first team training and the team looked very happy to have him back.
‘Welcome’ was the word. Manchester United’s players embraced Antony upon his return to Carrington as they trained on Monday afternoon.
Antony positioned himself in the midst of the group in the session, and was the centre of attention among his teammates.
Pictures showed him raising a grin from captain Bruno Fernandes, also in conversation with Casemiro.

Antony welcomed back to Manchester United
Antony has not played for Manchester United since the start of September, due to allegations made against him.
Manchester United are now satisfied Antony has co-operated fully amid an investigation into the allegations, and has not been charged. The club take the view that he is eligible to play.
Erik ten Hag made this clear at his press conference when he shut down a reporter’s questions into the morality of the club’s stance.
He responded very simply: “He co-operated fully. He was not charged.”
Manchester United’s players are clearly happy to have him back. Antony is a big personality in the squad and adds a lot of talent and work rate into the squad.
His return comes at a crucial time, with United struggling for form, and this match is a big game he won’t want to miss, his first Champions League game at Old Trafford.
Antony enjoys European night at Old Trafford
Antony was the difference-maker for Manchester United last season at home to Barcelona, scoring the winning goal in the Europa League knockout ties.
He also netted a superb curling strike at home to Real Betis, and he will be desperate to make up for lost time over the past month.
United do need all the help they can get right now, and it would not be a surprise to see Antony go straight back into the starting line-up.
