After sending an emotional goodbye message to Ajax supporters, new signing Lisandro Martinez sent an excitable message to Manchester United fans.
Martinez posted a message on Instagram describing the ‘amazing feeling’ of signing for Manchester United and said he can’t wait to get started.
Martinez received responses from Argentina international colleagues Paulo Dybala and Juan Foyth. Dybala has just himself clinched a big move to Roma.
Argentine youngster Alejandro Garnacho also welcomed Martinez, as did United youth players Charlie McNeill, Marc Jurado and Mateo Mejia. Donny van de Beek and Diogo Dalot also left messages.

Bruno Fernandes also posted a welcome message on his Instagram story page to Martinez, while Ajax CEO and club legend Edwin van der Sar sent him a message wishing him all the best at his new club.
United supporters will get a look at Martinez in action this weekend when he plays in one of the club’s friendly matches against Atletico Madrid or Rayo Vallecano.
Martinez met his teammates after joining training on Tuesday, and featured in a friendly match against Wrexham on Wednesday, playing 45 minutes.
David de Gea posted the first picture with Martinez, along with fellow new signing Christian Eriksen. The defender said he was thankful for the welcome.
