Manchester United defender Leny Yoro has made a significant step towards his return to action.
Summer signing Leny Yoro is edging a little closer to a comeback for Manchester United.
Yoro suffered a metatarsal injury in pre-season against Arsenal in the USA, just his second friendly appearance for the club.
The injury required surgery and Yoro has been out ever since, delaying the start to his Manchester United career.

Good news over Leny Yoro
There is good news over Leny Yoro, with the centre-back now pictured back in training at Carrington.
Yoro is doing individual work, in the gym and out on the training pitches, working on his fitness and doing ball work.
It is a significant step forward for the former Lille centre-back, although a first team appearance is still a few weeks away.
United do not wish to rush Yoro or take any chances with his fitness. He will only play when he is 100 per cent ready.
The images of Yoro were actually taken last week on October 17 – with Manchester United only releasing them on the 21st.

Yoro comeback date
Leny Yoro’s comeback date could be in early December. He is claimed to be targeting a return for Manchester United’s match with Arsenal.
United may not need to rush Yoro back into such a high profile match, with the defence performing strongly at present.
The team has options, with Lisandro Martinez, Matthijs de Ligt, Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof.
Harry Maguire is currently out with an injury and could return at a similar time to Yoro.
Nonetheless this is a very positive sign, and we should see Yoro in action before 2024 is out, and he will step up his United career in the second half of the season.
