Five months after joining Manchester United, centre-back Leny Yoro finally debuted on Wednesday night against Arsenal.
The 19-year-old Frenchman had been out since July with an injury. But on his comeback, Leny Yoro immediately impressed, playing 31 minutes against Arsenal.
Ruben Amorim was full of praise for Yoro, as Manchester United came out on the losing side of a 2-0 scoreline at the Emirates.

Meanwhile, MUTV’s Wes Brown lauded Yoro, saying: “He was very good by the way. Sharp and very athletic.”
Additionally, after watching Leny Yoro make his competitive debut, Rio Ferdinand is convinced he is destined to dominate football.
Now, the youngster signed for £52m from Lille has broken his silence over his debut.

Leny Yoro sends message after making his Manchester United bow
The debut for Yoro has been long awaited, as fans have been agonisingly kept on edge, with the club not keen to risk rushing him back.
Yoro felt the same frustrations, as he emphasised on Instagram on Thursday.
“Mixed feelings but here we are, finally”, the teenager wrote.
In the comments, he received responses from several teammates, with Kobbie Mainoo commenting two praise emojis.
Meanwhile, academy star Jack Fletcher commented two clapping emojis.
However, the best response was from Amad Diallo who coined a brilliant nickname for Yoro, calling him, “The Berlin Wall”, which is clearly an ode to his defensive quality.
Ruben Amorim will be excited by Yoro debut
Despite United losing the game, Yoro was undoubtedly a silver lining from the game as he looked very good despite surely being rusty.
When signed, it was claimed United saw Yoro as a generational talent and this was our first glimpse.
The scary part for the rest of the league is that Yoro will only improve upon this cameo, an exciting prospect for Amorim.
Yoro possesses every quality needed to be a top defender, with the slide tackling ability of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and the all-round excellence of Raphael Varane.
We cannot wait to see Yoro develop.
