Manchester United have a long list of players out on loan this season, with quite a few impressing early in the season.
With one game per week this season, the squad at Ruben Amorim’s disposal was always going to need a trim.
Casualties of this have been youngsters who were on the cusp of being first team squad members last season at Manchester United, but with reduced minutes to go around, needed to head on loan.
Jack Moorhouse has been impressive at Leyton Orient, scoring and all-round thriving in first team football in his role as a central midfielder.
Elsewhere, despite being far from perfect, Harry Amass has impressed Sheffield Wednesday fans in his debut.
However, this past weekend, there was one forgotten player who put in his best loan performance yet, following joining United over the summer.

Enzo Kana-Biyik has a breakout performance for struggling Lausanne
It is widely thought that United made five signings during the summer transfer window.
However, in this, it is often forgotten that United signed Enzo Kana-Biyik on a free transfer after he was released by Le Havre.
The reason Kana-Biyik is often forgotten is because United loaned him to Ineos-owned Lausanne immediately. Following his arrival in Switzerland, Kana-Biyik was unlucky to get injured and remained out until the end of August.
Now, Kana-Biyik has just had his first meaningful appearance, playing 36 minutes against Grasshopper during a 3-1 loss as he continues to build himself up.
In this cameo, Kana-Biyik created one chance for his teammates, completed two of three dribbles but more impressive was his off the ball quality.
The 18-year-old won six duels, three recoveries and four tackles in that limited time, which demonstrates he is a hard-working forward, willing to do the hard work few are.
Enzo Kana-Biyik needs to get among the goals for Lausanne
For United, signing Kana-Biyik ahead of PSG is a win-win situation as the free transfer means profit is almost guaranteed.
Despite being incredibly raw, Kana-Biyik could still have a part to play at Manchester United, but that is far from guaranteed.
Kana-Biyik will know he is a long way from securing minutes for United, and his next target will be to earn the starting role for Lausanne.
This will be earned through goals which is something Kana-Biyik has yet to achieve in senior football, albeit he has played very limited minutes.
If he can start scoring, he will quickly become memorable, but this performance was a good start.
