Edinson Cavani is busy trying to work his way up to full fitness to make his debut for Manchester United next week.
As it stands, Cavani’s first Manchester United game will be against his former club Paris Saint-Germain.
The Uruguayan netted 200 goals for PSG and is their all time record scorer.
He admits next Tuesday’s match will be an emotional one, and he cannot believe how it has worked out, in comments made to United’s club website.

Cavani said: “Yes, that’s life isn’t it, I was thinking it was just fate and how things can turn out. It’s simply incredible, things always happen for a reason, and sometimes in the most unbelievable ways.
“So now it’s my turn to experience one of those kind of moments that you could never imagine happening, and when you look back, they really do.
“But it will be a great feeling and a nice experience and it’s something that I’m very pleased about.”
The only disappointment for Cavani is that the match will be played without supporters.
Even so, it will be a big occasion for him, going up against his former manager and teammates at a stadium he knows well.
One dilemma for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is whether to start him, or go with Anthony Martial, who is suspended for the next three Premier League matches.
Either way, Cavani is likely to be involved in some way and you would be brave to bet against him scoring.

The Times reported that the ties were even a factor in his decision to sign for the club.
Their report a week ago read: “One of Cavani’s motivations for joining United is believed to be the fact that they drew PSG in the Champions League. He is said to be unhappy with the way his time at the club came to an end and feels he has a point to prove to his former employers.”
United need a lift from somewhere and Cavani’s desire to get off to a fast start could be exactly what is needed.
