Dimitar Berbatov has had his say on this weekend’s Premier League fixture which sees Manchester United face Sheffield United.
Erik ten Hag has the opportunity to see his side win two on the bounce this weekend following Scott McTominay’s heroics v Brentford.
The late (late) win over the Bees should really have inspired a resurrection of form for United this season.
Now facing the league’s worst side, a statement needs to be made by United and most importantly any slip-ups need to be avoided.
Chris Sutton has already predicted a United win, and now Dimitar Berbatov has given his prediction.

Dimitar Berbatov predicts Man Utd v Sheffield Utd
Former Manchester United striker Berbatov joined Roy Keane in making a prediction for this weekend’s game. He gave his view on Metro.
Berbatov wrote: “This will be a tough test for Man United. They’re going to a difficult place and Sheffield United will be doing everything they can to get a result.”
Despite that, Berbatov then emphasised that he sees a United win, but warned Ten Hag about what he needs to do.
“Man United need to concentrate and get the game by the scruff of the neck. I’m tempted to say this will be a draw but I’ll go with Man United to win.”
Can Manchester United get a statement win?
Against the Blades, Manchester United could have the opportunity to lay down a statement, something that has rarely happened under Ten Hag.
Never winning a game by more than three goals, this weekend represents as good a chance United will have.
Sheffield United are very poor and have conceded 22 goals in just eight games.
An in-form Marcus Rashford could also be here, as he showed his class against Italy over the international break.
