The international break is now coming to an end and England went out on a high on Tuesday night.
The Wembley clash with Italy didn’t start all that well with Gianluca Scamacca opening the scoring, but England roared back with a 3-1 win.
Harry Kane’s penalty drew England level before United star Marcus Rashford produced a superb goal to make it 2-1.
Kane added number three, booking England’s ticket to Euro 2024 with a convincing victory.

This was a welcome goal for Rashford, who would probably admit himself that he hasn’t been at his best so far this season.
Rashford took in a pass from Jude Bellingham before driving at the Italy defence and firing past a helpless Gianluigi Donnarumma.
This was more like it from Rashford; direct, dangerous and with the end product to match.
United fans will have loved seeing this kind of quality from Rashford and the Italian press were suitably impressed too.
Tuttomercatoweb rated Rashford as seven out of 10, noting that he was a ‘thorn in the side’ of the Italian back line – a thorn which became ‘increasingly stinging’.
Rashford made the Italian defence pay with the crucial goal to put England 2-1 up and their national media suggested that only Kane and Bellingham were better than him last night.

Rashford must really kick on for Manchester United now
This performance really needs to be the catalyst for Rashford to recapture his best form in a Manchester United shirt.
The 25-year-old was so impressive last season but he has managed just one goal in eight Premier League outings this season.
We all know that Rashford can do much, much more and Tuesday’s England display was much more like what we expect from him.
United head away to Sheffield United this weekend and Erik ten Hag will certainly be looking for Rashford to produce moments of quality – just as he did for England against Italy.
