Manchester United talent Chido Obi only made his Premier League debut on Sunday but has now landed himself a spot on EA Sports FC 25.

Manchester United were beaten 1-0 at Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday with James Maddison scoring the only goal of the game.

Ruben Amorim is still struggling for Premier League results but he can point to injury problems.

Amad is out injured for the rest of the season and Kobbie Mainoo, Manuel Ugarte and Toby Collyer missed out at Tottenham.

Amorim therefore had to call up a host of young players for places on the bench as United made the trip to North London.

United fans were frustrated with Amorim as he only brought one of the youngsters on as Chido Obi was handed a late cameo.

Manchester United talent Chido Obi added to EA Sports FC 25

Amorim praised Obi for his predatory instincts and we will hope to see more of him before the end of the season.

Obi’s Premier League debut is a major step forward in his career progression and his appearance has now seen him land a spot on EA Sports FC 25.

The latest squad update for FC 25 has seen Obi added to the game for the very first time, as seen on SoFIFA.

Obi starts as a 64 overall striker with pace, acceleration and jumping his highest attributes.

Obi’s potential stands at 84 though, meaning United fans playing Career Mode can take charge and turn Obi into an absolute superstar.

That potential rating is one more than January signing Patrick Dorgu and just one shy of Amad.

Defender Ayden Heaven has been added into the game too having completed his move from Arsenal to United in January.

Heaven’s ratings are a little short of Obi’s; 63 overall with 81 potential.

Both players are seeking big futures in real life after leaving Arsenal for United, but United fans playing Career Mode on FC 25 can now take charge of their destinies in the game.

Is Chido Obi now on FC 25 Ultimate Team?

Sadly, no.

FC 25’s most popular game mode has just brought in its winter refresh with players moving clubs and receiving new cards.

For instance, Marcus Rashford is now an Aston Villa player but United fans will be left frustrated with Patrick Dorgu still being a Lecce card as things stand.

Adding new players to the game mode is a rarity though and whilst Obi is part of Career Mode, he must wait until FC 26 to be part of Ultimate Team.

The same goes for defender Heaven, who was not given an Arsenal card at the start of the game and therefore won’t be playable in Ultimate Team until FC 26.
