Manchester United loan star Amad continued his impressive season with another goal at the weekend.
Amad netted a 75th minute winner to help Sunderland to a 2-1 win over Hannibal‘s Birmingham City.
Black Cats boss Tony Mowbray hailed Amad as an ‘amazing player’ after the win, commenting that the loanee just seems to find football ‘easy’.
This winner came the week after Amad was nominated for the Championship Young Player of the Year Award, previously won by Gareth Bale and Jude Bellingham.

Bruno hails Amad
Amad was pleased with himself after his latest contribution. Only 10 players in the Championship have scored more league goals than Amad this season.
That’s not bad going for a 20-year-old who is not even a striker.
The loanee posted on Instagram hailing the goal, and Bruno Fernandes chimed in. The Portugal ace wrote “again” in response to Amad finding the net.

At this point it feels like we have seen enough. Amad has proven his point at Sunderland.
He will surely get a chance at Manchester United next season, he has proven he deserves one. The Red Devils could probably do with him as an attacking option right now, considering all the injuries.
But there’s plenty of time for that. Amad has a few weeks of regular game time left at Sunderland, before the challenge back at United begins.
