Benjamin Sesko has now opened up on the major difference between his time in England with Manchester United compared with playing for RB Leipzig in Germany.
The 23-year-old Manchester United striker made a name for himself at both RB Salzburg and Leipzig before he arrived at Old Trafford last summer.
RB Leipzig sanctioned the sale of Benjamin Sesko, who was linked with Arsenal and Newcastle in 2025, in a hefty deal worth £73.7m to the Red Devils last August.
Sesko had been brought to England to lead the United frontline under Ruben Amorim ahead of Rasmus Hojlund, who was later loaned out to Serie A side Napoli.

Benjamin Sesko says that he felt immediate ‘pressure’ at Man Utd after his 2025 transfer from RB Leipzig
Benjamin Sesko had a mixed debut season at Old Trafford after the Slovenia and Manchester United striker had to adapt to the demands of the Premier League.
The ex-RB Leipzig ace experienced a slow start to life at the Red Devils under former United manager Ruben Amorim before finding his footing under Michael Carrick.
Speaking to GiveMeSport, Sesko insisted that he thrives under “pressure” as a striker and the immediate feeling came to him with his expectations at Man Utd.
“Personally, I enjoy pressure,” he said.
“I think if you have pressure, it’s something that you’re doing good, in the sense of the pressure has to come from something.
“Let’s say me, as a striker of Manchester United, it’s to bring the goals. That’s why I’m here, that’s what I want to bring.”

Benjamin Sesko’s feelings on what his role as a striker can offer Man Utd in the long term
Sesko played 32 times for Man Utd in his debut season at Old Trafford and the former RB Salzburg star netted 12 times and picked up an assist for the Red Devils.
The former Leipzig striker insisted that he does not attach a negative to being under pressure and feels that he should always look at it as a “privilege” due to his role.
“Of course, I should have pressure, but pressure should always be a privilege,” he continued.
“Something that you can take as a positive, because in the end I came here to score goals, to help the team, and as I want, to win the titles at this club.”
Sesko missed the final three Premier League matches of the 2025-26 campaign due to injury, with Man Utd finishing third in the table under Michael Carrick.
