BBC Sport pundit Troy Deeney left out Benjamin Sesko and Senne Lammens from his Team of the Week, despite their respective performances for Manchester United.
Benjamin Sesko was the man of the moment for the Red Devils on Monday evening after the striker made another major impact from the Manchester United bench.
Benjamin Sesko’s turnaround has been pretty stunning! Should he start the next game?
The 22-year-old Slovenia international replaced Amad Diallo in the second half and Sesko broke the deadlock for Man Utd against Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Just as Sesko influenced United’s performance on one end of the pitch, Senne Lammens equally received rightful praise for his Premier League display.

Troy Deeney didn’t select either Benjamin Sesko or Senne Lammens, but Man Utd star Harry Maguire did earn his praise
Senne Lammens produced a string of solid saves to ensure that he kept a clean sheet and that Manchester United sealed all three points against Everton.
However, neither Lammens nor Benjamin Sesko did enough to secure a place in Troy Deeney’s picks for BBC Sport’s latest Premier League Team of the Week.
Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres led the frontline ahead of Man Utd star Sesko and Crystal Palace shot-stopper Dean Henderson made the cut ahead of Lammens.
Do you agree with Edwin van der Sar over his Lammens praise?
He was excellent against Everton, but is he the long-term goalkeeper for United?
While Sesko and Lammens were snubbed from the Team of the Week, Deeney did make sure that United and England defender Harry Maguire made his final choices.
Speaking after Man Utd’s win over Everton, Deeney said: “Mr Dependable. I was going to put Luke Shaw in, but Harry just got the nod.
“Manchester United are on a great run under Michael Carrick and look like they are continuing to be a solid team, and Maguire being fit and available has coincided with that.”
From Ruben Amorim to Michael Carrick: Troy Deeney on Harry Maguire’s important Man Utd role at Old Trafford
Harry Maguire has started all six Premier League matches under the reign of interim boss Michael Carrick and has impressed in the heart of the Red Devils defence.
The 32-year-old former Man Utd captain produced a strong showing for United on Monday evening and Deeney praised Maguire’s key influence in the backline.
What did you think of Harry Maguire’s performance vs Everton? Surely he deserves a new contract?
Appreciation post for Harry Maguire!
“He was great for Ruben Amorim and now he’s great again,” Deeney continued.
“Not so long ago, they were trying to shift him out for anything and now he is the ‘Guvnor.’”
Maguire, who is out of contract with Man Utd in the summer, has played the full 90 minutes of all but one of Carrick’s six Premier League matches so far this season.
