Bayern Munich have announced their travelling squad for the clash against Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United in the Champions League.
A defeat to Thomas Tuchel’s Bayern Munich at Old Trafford would end Manchester United’s hopes of qualifying for the knockout stages of the Champions League.
United come into the game off the back of a 3-0 defeat to Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth team at Old Trafford and the Red Devils look to be on thin ice in the league at this moment in time.
With Bayern already qualifying for the next round of the competition, the hope was that the Bavarian side would field a weakened side at Old Trafford.

Bayern’s travelling squad revealed
However, despite the hope that the German side would field a much-changed team, it seems that will not be the case.
Goalkeepers: Manuel Neuer, Daniel Peretz.
Defenders: Alphonso Davies, Raphael Guerreiro, Frans Kratzig, Noussair Mazraoui, Kim Min-jae, Dayot Upamecano.
Midfielders: Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich, Konrad Laimer, Aleksandar Pavlovic.
Forwards: Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Kingsley Coman, Harry Kane, Thomas Muller, Jamal Musiala, Leroy Sane, Mathys Tel.
The German side will surely field a starting team close to full strength for the crucial game at Old Trafford, United will have to be weary about a selection of players for the German side.
Bayern’s danger men
The main man for the German side is of course former Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, who was linked with a summer move to United, with the Englishman netting 22 goals and providing seven assists for the Bavarian side in all competitions.
Kane scored the decisive penalty against United during the opening Champions League game at the Allianz Arena which made it 3-1 to the German side at the time, the game ended 4-3.
Jamal Musiala is another player that the Red Devils will have to be aware of as the German, who could have qualified to play for England, has four goals and three assists in all competitions for Bayern.
The attacking midfielder will cause problems for the Red Devils, particularly with United’s midfield being as open to conceding chances as they have been this season.
With former Manchester City winger Leroy Sane and Kingsley Coman set to be flanking Kane in the front three, United will need to be wary of the counterattack.
Serge Gnabry will be one attacker who will be missing from the game at Old Trafford, however, due to injury.
