Arsenal legend David Seaman has admitted that he is “really pleased” for Rasmus Hojlund and how a “lot of frustration” comes out in the Manchester United striker’s celebrations.
Rasmus Hojlund found the back of the net in injury time in Manchester United’s 4-2 FA Cup win over Newport County at the Rodney Parade on Sunday.
However, the 20-year-old Denmark international wasn’t afraid to voice his frustrations on the pitch and Hojlund was furious with one of his teammates.
Hojlund has come under intense pressure this season over his goalscoring output, with the United star scoring only twice in 16 Premier League appearances.
United legend Rio Ferdinand is among those who have spoken out about the United striker and about the Red Devils players not giving him enough service during matches.

Seaman talks United star Hojlund
Rasmus Hojlund has impressed in the Champions League this season, with the Danish forward scoring five times in six appearances for his side.
However, the Manchester United striker has only scored eight times in 26 appearances across all competitions following his £72m move from Atalanta.
Speaking on Hojlund, David Seaman admitted that he “can totally understand” the former Atalanta man’s frustrations and questioned the lack of service to him.
“Rasmus Hojlund must be so frustrated because he gets into so many good positions but doesn’t receive the ball,” he said on the Seaman Says podcast.
“He doesn’t receive it for tap-ins or little near post headers or things like that.
“When he scored the goal, I was really pleased for him. I love the fact that he properly celebrates and a lot of frustration comes out in his celebrations and I can totally understand it.
“For me, he’s a good player but he’s not getting the right supply. There [are] a lot of selfish moments.”
Hojlund needs service from United teammates
Hojlund is in desperate need of his United teammates to provide him with opportunities during matches.
The United striker has proven he can be a clinical finisher, but the Red Devils’ overall form in the final third has come under intense criticism this season.
During the fourth-round FA Cup win over Newport County, United registered 22 shots in the contest and only one of them came from Hojlund.
United fans are growing frustrated with the winger options not picking out Hojlund when he is in space, a feeling the striker has shown on the pitch recently.
