Anthony Elanga poses with Pontus Jansson, years after Swede played with his dad for Malmo
Anthony Elanga scored the crucial opening goal to lead Manchester United to victory against Brentford.
In doing so, Elanga got the better of Brentford defender Pontus Jansson, a player he has known for several years.
Jansson used to play for Swedish club Malmo and was at the club at the same time as Elanga’s dad, Joseph Elanga.
Elanga and Jansson exchanged shirts after the game this week, with Elanga sharing the pictures on Instagram.

Joseph Elanga was a Cameroon international who had two spells with Malmo. Elanga Jr was born during his first stint in Sweden, the country he represents at under-21 level.
Jansson was a youth player at Malmo when Joseph Elanga was first at the club. When he returned to Malmo for a second spell in 2010, he played alongside Jansson in nine matches.
Malmo won the Allsvenskan title that season and Elanga posed kissing the trophy along with his dad and Jansson, in a picture he shared below.
Jansson is finally playing in the Premier League for the first time in his career this season at the age of 30.
While Elanga made his United debut at the end of last season, his rise to the United first team has also coincided with Jansson reaching the top flight, enabling them to play against each other.
Elanga came out on top in west London, and the pair will face off again at Old Trafford later in the season when the teams do battle again.
