Manchester United winger Amad scored the second goal of his loan spell at Sunderland last night to continue his good form.
Amad doubled Sunderland’s lead in injury time to secure a 2-0 win away at Huddersfield, playing a one-two on the counter attack with Patrick Roberts before passing the ball into the back of the net.
Amad now has two goals in 11 appearances for Sunderland, both of which have come in his last three games.
The Ivorian has also completed 90 minutes for the past three successive games. This was just his fourth start.

Amad is hitting form
Prior to the game Sunderland boss Tony Mowbray had explained he was trying to find the right tactical approach to fit Amad’s ‘explosive’ qualities.
Last night he started Amad as one of two forwards, and the call paid off, with the Manchester United 20-year-old heavily involved.
Amad managed 64 touches, attempting three shots, while completing 87 per cent of his passes.
After taking a little while to settle in as a regular starter, Amad is now looking settled on his loan spell. He is also beginning to show what Manchester United hope – that he is too good for the Championship.
At the weekend against Luton, the one game in the last three he didn’t score, Mowbray described his performance as ‘amazing’.
Tonight, United face Real Sociedad, depleted of wingers with Jadon Sancho and Antony out injured. Amad might just have come in useful.
