Manchester United winger Amad is pushing to make his return.
Amad has been out since sustaining an injury in August.

The injury cancelled a proposed loan move to Feyenoord.
He has now sent a message out on social media for the first time since, wearing United training gear.

What are Amad’s prospects this season?
United’s willingness to send Amad out on loan spoke volumes to the club’s acceptance they could not offer him enough game time.
New signing Jadon Sancho was an unused substitute in the weekend loss to Aston Villa, and Amad is behind him in the pecking order.
A loan switch is likely in January. Amad is a huge talent and he needs to play.
Between now and January there are going to be very limited opportunities.
Like Anthony Elanga, he will have to make do with a few appearances for the under-23s too.
It is good to see signs that he may be pushing for a return to fitness.
Amad is now United’s number 16 after switching squad numbers to accommodate Raphael Varane at 19.
It is possible he returns to training over the international break, assuming he is not called into the Ivory Coast squad.
From there he will be largely limited to a handful of substitute showings until January comes around.
