Having arrived in England at just 18 and then seeing multiple loan spells, bad and good, Amad has already seen so much to make him grow.

Now finally getting his due, Amad has struck up a nice partnership with the likes of Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho, a partnership that could form the spine of this team for the next decade.

Fortunately for United, the production line isn’t stopping anytime soon, and the next wave of youngsters are eager to make their mark.

Amad picks three of the best

Manchester United have a problem of plenty right now when it comes to young talent coming through and those the club is getting from other clubs.

Chido Obi-Martin is the latest addition to the ranks which beefs up the striker ranks that already houses the “Next Chicharito” and Ethan Wheatley.

The U18s won three titles last season so the exciting crop of youngsters can soon be expected to make their mark on the senior team.

Amidst all the excitement of their achievements, three youngsters have received a stamp of approval from Amad, who has trodden that path as a youngster who left his home and surroundings to make it at Old Trafford.

Amad spoke to Sky Sports and picked out these players as ‘exciting’ who bring ‘good vibes’ and ‘good energy’ to the team. [Relevant comments start at 7.58]

He said: “Toby, Toby Collyer, and Harry Amass. And Ethan Wheatley. Very young lad, exciting, and, yeah, we are very happy to have them. They give the team good vibes, good energy.”

Collyer has already made his first-team debut this season and while Wheatley hasn’t played this season, he made his first-team debut last year.

Harry Amass is the only player that remains and it would be a major surprise if it doesn’t happen for him before the end of the season.

Man Utd’s exciting trio

Collyer burst onto the scene during last year’s FA Cup final when images of him talking to Erik ten Hag went viral as the same was seen with Mainoo before his breakout.

His introduction to the team hasn’t been as meteoric as Mainoo’s but then again, that’s a high bar to clear for any youngster.

Still, there is a safe and secure player there who can be an asset to the team in the long run as he keeps developing his game.

As for Wheatley, his goalscoring record for the youth sides is nothing to scoff at, which earned him his first-team debut last season.

He has continued that rich vein of scoring form this season as well, but with Joshua Zirkzee’s arrival and Rasmus Hojlund’s injury return, his first-team minutes will be limited.

Curiously, the man who hasn’t made his debut out of three is arguably generating the most excitement.

From former coaches likening Amass to one of the best left-backs in the world to the coaches at Carrington having special plans for him, he rounds off the exciting trio mentioned nicely.

Of course, there are breakouts out of nowhere all the time too, ask Scott McTominay under Jose Mourinho. So for United to have a list of players they deem ready for breakout in addition to the surprises is an enviable position for any club to be in.
