Neither Matheus Cunha nor Amad Diallo was able to make the top three picks from Manchester United fans for the standout performers against Liverpool on Sunday.
Amad Diallo impressed Manchester United fans on social media after the 23-year-old Ivorian winger played a lively attacking role in the first half against Liverpool.
The Ivory Coast international linked up well with Bryan Mbeumo and Amad set up the summer signing for United’s opener against Liverpool in the second minute.
However, Amad’s performance was cut short on Sunday afternoon after Ruben Amorim hooked him off in only the 59th minute for full-back Patrick Dorgu.
Matheus Cunha, on the other hand, saw out the full 90 minutes in United’s 2-1 win over Liverpool and the former Wolves ace deeply impressed with his display.

Where did Matheus Cunha and Amad Diallo rank in the Man Utd fan vote for the Man of the Match against Liverpool?
Matheus Cunha returned to the Red Devils starting XI after he was dropped to the bench for Manchester United’s 2-0 win over Sunderland at Old Trafford this month.
The 26-year-old Brazil international did not pick up an assist or score against Liverpool, but Cunha was a constant threat in the Premier League tie at Anfield.
United’s official website has now revealed how Red Devils supporters voted for the Man-of-the-Match performer after Ruben Amorim’s men secured all three points.
Amad Diallo only received two per cent of the vote from United fans in the poll, despite being one of the Red Devils’ standout performers in the first half on Sunday.
Cunha fared better than United teammate Amad by securing 10 per cent of the vote, even finishing ahead of the five per cent that captain Bruno Fernandes received.

Cunha’s 10 per cent of the vote left him well outside of the top three, with fellow summer signings Bryan Mbeumo and Senne Lammens ranking ahead of him.
Both Mbeumo and Senne Lammens finished on the same share of the vote, with the two United stars both receiving 19 per cent each from Red Devils supporters.
Harry Maguire ultimately came out on top in the poll for the Man of the Match and the 32-year-old former United captain won the vote by a complete landslide.
The England international, who scored United’s winner against Liverpool in the second half, received a mammoth 41 per cent of the vote from United fans.
