Manchester United want Amadou Onana
Manchester United are reportedly in contact with Everton over a possible move for Onana, who was linked in the summer window.
Everton signed Amadou Onana in 2020 for a fee of £33 million, and he made an immediate impact in his first Premier League season.
Onana, 22, has played 16 Premier League games for Everton this season, scoring once. He also netted in the Carabao Cup.
His price tag will have inflated considerably, more towards the £50 million mark
How United can drive price down
The report says Everton are keen on Scott McTominay, who is United’s joint-top scorer with six goals this season.
Despite his contribution this season, McTominay was a player the club were open to offers for in the summer.
Everton have also shown interest in Hannibal Mejbri this transfer window, although Sevilla appear to be frontrunners to sign him.
