Manchester United are reportedly keen on Galatasaray right-back Sacha Boey and could be ready to make a move for the defender.
Erik ten Hag’s side reportedly scouted the 23-year-old although Manchester United will face competition from other Premier League sides for the right-back.
That’s according to Fotospor, who states that alongside United, Burnley and Brentford want to take a closer look at the right-back.
United have been linked with Sacha Boey in the past and were seemingly interested in the Frenchman when he was valued at just £17m.
It does seem surprising that the Red Devils would be keen on a right-back, particularly with the resurgence of Diogo Dalot as he netted a stunning goal from outside of the penalty box in the narrow win over Sheffield United.

Boey being scouted
The French right-back impressed during the rather bizarre game at Old Trafford last month so Ten Hag has seen the defender close up if he were to be interested in a move.
Galatasaray picked up a 2-1 victory over Besiktas in their derby clash and United scouts were understood to be in attendance in Turkey to see how the 23-year-old looks ahead of a potential move in the summer.
However, a move for the defender certainly seems unlikely due to the options they currently have.
Dalot’s resurgence
As previously mentioned, the Portuguese defender has certainly had a resurgence in recent weeks and has looked like one of United’s more consistent players.
These performances were summed up as Dalot’s stunning goal from outside of the box against Paul Heckingbottom’s side was enough to hand the Red Devils the three points.
The defender adds technical security which is certainly needed with the absence of Luke Shaw and Lisandro Martinez continuing to stifle United’s build-up starting from their defence.
You wonder if Dalot has once again displaced Aaron Wan-Bissaka as the starting right-back it would be hard to disagree if this were to be Ten Hag’s assessment of the situation.
