Man United offered Jadon Sancho exit route as Premier League club registers interest

Ineos will be desperate to cash in on Jadon Sancho this summer with no future for the winger at Manchester United.

Earlier this week, Jadon Sancho’s move to Chelsea collapsed with the 25-year-old refusing to accept a significant wage cut.

United continued paying Sancho’s wages during his loan spell at Chelsea, but now Ineos are stuck trying to get rid of the winger once again.

One option on the cards is for Ineos to terminate Sancho’s deal, but the cost of ripping up his contract would come at a considerable cost.

Instead, Ineos will be scouting for a new buyer and one interested club has emerged in the Premier League.

Premier League club register interest in Jadon Sancho

Sancho’s underwhelming performances at Chelsea and United will put most top-flight clubs off a deal this summer, but one Premier League club is considering taking a gamble.

According to TeamTalk, Aston Villa have shown an interest in Sancho in recent days as they look to sign a new left-sided winger.

Villa refused to buy Marcus Rashford for £40m following his six-month loan spell at Villa Park, with Unai Emery’s side struggling to afford the deal after missing out on Champions League qualification.

But Villa still need a replacement and Sancho is the latest target on their transfer radar. United want around £25m for Sancho this summer, making him a cheaper option than Rashford.

Meanwhile, Rashford is targeting a move to Barcelona, meaning United should be able to cash in on both wantaway wingers this summer.

Two new European giants join Jadon Sancho transfer race

Borussia Dortmund have shown interest in Sancho, and it seems two other European clubs are also considering the move.

The same TeamTalk report as above claims that both AC Milan and Napoli have begun showing interest in a potential Sancho deal.

Napoli are targeting Alejandro Garnacho as their new winger, but it seems Sancho is also an option they could consider. It seems unlikely that the Italian outfit would make a double swoop for both players.

As always with Sancho, one issue is his refusal to accept a wage cut from his £300,000 per week salary at Old Trafford.

Ineos are targeting £100m in player sales this summer, but United are currently finding it difficult to offload high earners such as Rashford and Sancho.
