Man United make one key Jadon Sancho demand to Juventus

Manchester United have made one key demand to Juventus if they want to sign outcast Jadon Sancho on loan in January.

Jadon Sancho joined Manchester United in the summer of 2021 for a fee in the region of £73 million from Borussia Dortmund but has struggled to prove himself at Old Trafford.

The former Manchester City academy graduate looks set to be on his way out of Old Trafford after he believed he was a ‘scapegoat’ after Erik ten Hag’s comment on Sancho’s performances in training.

Sancho was left out of the defeat against Arsenal and hasn’t featured for the Red Devils since then. A January move looks very likely.

United’s demand

As per Italian outlet Calciomercato, United have made a key demand to Juventus for the Italian side to be able to sign the 23-year-old.

The report states that United are demanding that the Italian side cover 70% of the winger’s wage, which is believed to be £250,000 a week according to Spotrac, if they sign him on loan.

The winger, however, would like to return to Dortmund but the German side can’t afford it at this moment in time which means the Italian giants could sneak in and sign the Englishman.

Massimilano Allegri is keen on signing a new winger to bolster his team’s attack.

United need to move on

With rumours of Saudi Pro League sides being interested in the winger, United have a decision to make and a decision that should be a relatively simple one to make.

The winger has failed to perform for the Red Devils in the two years he has been at the club and the only way out of this nightmare looks to be a permanent transfer away from Manchester.

Juventus, however, are keen on signing the winger on loan which should not be the way to move forward for the Red Devils.

The hope will be that interest from the Middle East will turn into big offers for the 23-year-old and United could recoup the majority of the fee they paid for the winger.
