Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho is reportedly unlikely to return to Borussia Dortmund but another club are ready to enter the race for the winger.
Jadon Sancho remains out in the cold under Erik ten Hag after the pair had a very public falling out and, despite Sky Sports’ blunder around the winger returning to the matchday squad, he remains frozen out.
The former Borussia Dortmund winger has struggled since his 2021 move to the club for £73 million and the writing is seemingly on the wall.
However, according to German journalist Florian Plettenberg, a return to Dortmund under Edin Terzic is unlikely and another European giant, Juventus, are keen.

Sancho loan
According to the German journalist, Juventus are keen on the winger but will only attempt to sign the 23-year-old forward if they can sign the Englishman on loan.
The Englishman is seemingly planning on moving from the club in January, Saudi Arabian sides have been linked with the winger, too, but it seems Europe is where Sancho wants to continue his career.
Barcelona have been linked with the forward but, similarly to Dortmund, a move is seen as unrealistic, probably due to the wages that the winger is currently earning, believed to be around £350,000 a week according to Spotrac.
United’s replacement
Were the Red Devils to sell Sancho in the winter transfer window, a replacement would surely be sought after, but whether United will be able to afford one remains to be seen.
What does seem clear, however, is that the winger’s future is surely away from Old Trafford which is such a shame for a player who was seemingly desperate to move to Old Trafford for two years.
United, however, with Antony struggling to pick up any sort of form, a right-winger may well be needed to offset the loss of the Englishman.
