Here we go! Manchester United are set to finalise an agreement with Inter Milan for Andre Onana, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The negotiations for Manchester United’s new goalkeeper feel like they have lasted months. However the club for once have actually moved relatively quickly to secure a pivotal signing.

The writing appeared to be on the wall from last Saturday when the club announced that David de Gea had officially left the club.

Since the window opened, Onana appeared to be the one and only for Erik ten Hag who was keen to sign the player he once called ‘masterful’. It is thought personal terms wouldn’t pose an issue with both parties desperate for the deal to come off.
