Manchester United have wrapped up two new signings but rumours continue to surround a move for Paris Saint-Germain’s Manuel Ugarte.
Manchester United fans have been waiting for Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui to sign from Bayern Munich.
The pair have been the subject of rumours and speculation for weeks now and United finally have the pair signed.
United signed De Ligt and Mazraoui on Tuesday, confirming their arrivals as they reunite with their former Ajax boss Erik ten Hag.
After landing Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro, United now have two more recruits on board ahead of the Premier League kick off.
United are not done just yet though and a new midfielder remains a priority for Ten Hag amid interest in Manuel Ugarte.

Manuel Ugarte to Manchester United latest
Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Ugarte has been a prime target for weeks now.
It’s nearly a month since United agree personal terms with Ugarte and a deal appeared to be close.
However, talks with PSG have not been easy and United backed away from Ugarte last week.
Hopes were raised again earlier this week though with Ugarte’s agent heading to England for talks over a move to United.
Ugarte is pushing to join United according to Fabrizio Romano but a deal still hasn’t been thrashed out.
The Independent now claim that both Ten Hag and Ineos are on the same page regarding Ugarte.
Ten Hag is described as being ‘personally keen’ on Ugarte whilst Ineos believe that he is a ‘hugely promising’ potential signing this summer.
This is a similar story to one surrounding Matthijs de Ligt earlier this summer.
Reports indicated that De Ligt wasn’t just Ten Hag’s idea despite their time together at Ajax, but rather that he agreed with Ineos on a move to bring him in.
Ugarte seems to be viewed similarly with both Ineos and Ten Hag in full agreement that he is the midfielder to target this summer.
United ‘optimistic’ on Ugarte deal
The Telegraph add that a swap deal involving Jadon Sancho to Paris Saint-Germain is now considered unlikely.
That seemingly isn’t worrying United though as it’s described that United remain ‘optimistic’ about a deal for Ugarte before the transfer window closes.
The 23-year-old only joined PSG last summer, making a big-money move from Sporting in Portugal.
Ugarte was in and out of the side under Luis Enrique though, starting 21 Ligue 1 games and coming off the bench four times.
Enrique seems happy to move on without Ugarte, especially having invested in a new midfielder in Portuguese talent Joao Neves.
United have invested considerable money in new signings this summer and may need another couple of players to move on before signing Ugarte, but the Uruguayan anchor man appears to be the priority in the final weeks of the window.
