Two Manchester United youngsters have already been picked out by Erik ten Hag for prominent opportunities in pre-season.
Manchester United are heading to USA for pre-season tour, with matches also set to be played in Scotland and Norway.
Amad and Alvaro Fernandez has been earmarked for opportunities, report The MEN.
Both players impressed on loan in the Championship last season, Amad at Sunderland and Fernandez at Preston.

Amad and Fernandez set for pre-season
Manchester United will take a number of young players on pre-season tour, with the friendly against Wrexham expected to comprise of an under-21 side.
The club statement read: “A youth-focused team drawn from United’s traveling squad, supplemented by Academy prospects, will face Wrexham.”
But there is a good chance Alvaro Fernandez and Amad could feature in other games against the likes of Arsenal, Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund too.

Both Fernandez and Amad are deserving of opportunities, with Amad standing a particularly strong chance of earning a first team chance next season.
He was nominated for the young Championship player of the year award last season after scoring 14 goals on loan for Sunderland.

Fernandez has not yet had a full chance to work under Erik ten Hag, having been sent on loan last season before the pre-season tour.
Both players will have to demonstrate to the manager that they deserve to be part of United’s first team squad for next season, and this pre-season chance is exactly what they have been waiting for.
