Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has offered an injury update on Edinson Cavani.
Solskjaer conducted his press conference today, which was streamed at 1pm on the club’s official app.
United travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace tomorrow night, looking to get back to winning ways after Sunday’s draw with Chelsea.
Cavani missed that clash but it seems like Solskjaer is hopeful that he will be back to face the Eagles.

“Edi has trained this morning and hopefully there is no reaction,”
said Solskjaer.
“There are another couple of knocks that we have to look at, from after the [Chelsea] game, and from the season’s wear and tear.
“It looks good. Edi has got the desire and hunger and, of course, he wants to join in, even if it’s from the bench. Hopefully he’ll say tomorrow that there’s been no reaction.
“Hopefully he’ll travel with the squad.”

Perhaps Solskjaer’s injury updates can be taken with a pinch of salt.
He said that Scott McTominay was all-but out of the game against Chelsea, before playing him for 90 minutes.
Perhaps he’s just trying to keep Palace guessing – but it would be a real boost if he was back.
United look so much more dangerous when Cavani starts.
He wasn’t even at the club for the 3-1 home defeat on the opening weekend of United’s season and him being back would help the attempts to get revenge for that shock defeat.
