Jadon Sancho scored on his Premier League return for Manchester United last night to help the team to a 2-2 draw against Leeds.
Sancho was a second half substitute and followed up Marcus Rashford’s goal as United came from 2-0 down to rescue a point.
It was not a positive result for United with Erik ten Hag criticising the team’s attitude which led to the side conceding goals at the start of each half.
The highlight of the night was Sancho’s equaliser, with the winger netting his first goal since September.

Encouragement for Sancho
Sancho spent extra time after the full-time whistle thanking supporters and was the last Manchester United player to leave the pitch.
Former Dortmund teammate Jude Bellingham left him a message after the game, along with several of his United teammates.
Sancho had written on Instagram that he had missed the feeling of playing and scoring goals.
Luke Shaw reached out in response to tell him to ‘get used to this feeling’, while Alejandro Garnacho said ‘you deserved this’.

This was Sancho’s first goal of 2023 and fourth of the season for Manchester United, this has already matched the number of goals he scored in his first season at Old Trafford.
United are looking for the winger to really kick on between now and May, and this goal so soon into his return will do him a lot of good.
A fully fit and confident Sancho can be a major problem for the rest of the league.
