New Manchester United signing Senne Lammens has revealed his brilliant way to mentally prepare before matches.
The Red Devils wrapped up their summer transfer business by completing an £18 million deal for Senne Lammens on deadline day.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper became the fifth major signing of the window to join Ruben Amorim’s squad.
Lammens faces an incredibly tough start at United if he is thrown straight into the starting XI, given that Manchester City and Chelsea are up next.
The biggest question mark is whether Senne Lammens can handle the spotlight at United, but it seems he already has a routine to make sure he is mentally prepared.

Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has raved about Lammens as a future star, and it seems that he has already found a way to prepare himself mentally for the biggest matches.
As per The Mirror, Lammens has spoken about his pre-match preparations.
”Before and after the game, I just write key words down and my thoughts a little bit,” Lammens said.
“Sometimes, if you don’t do that, it can be a lot going through your mind. It helps me with staying calm and staying in the moment a little bit, and not overreacting in situations.
“I write key words, trigger points. Maybe you’re playing a team who put a lot of pressure on and then you know you don’t have to think a lot during the games, so mentally you’re already ready, already prepared for the game and what it’s going to be like.
“So, when the game comes, you’re not going to be so surprised by it. I think that’s important.”
Senne Lammens is ready to be Man United’s No.1
United insiders view Lammens very highly, but he has not been signed just to be a future prospect.
This season, both Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir have had error-filled performances and confidence in both goalkeepers has hit an all-time low.
With City and Chelsea up next, Amorim might have to put his trust in Lammens to immediately step in and perform.
