Manchester United youngster Toby Collyer was among the players who helped the Red Devils change the game against Southampton.
In the end it was a pretty satisfactory night as Manchester United beat Southampton 3-1 at Old Trafford.
Amad Diallo struck his first ever career hat-trick, showing what he is capable of, and why the club have signed him to a contract to 2030.
He did so with a little help from United’s substitutes, with Christian Eriksen and Joshua Zirkzee helping him directly, while Toby Collyer helped United grip hold of the game in midfield.

Rio Ferdinand praises Toby Collyer
Toby Collyer came on in the 54th minute with Manuel Ugarte looking off the pace after his efforts in the last two away games.
Former Manchester United man Rio Ferdinand praised Toby Collyer’s contribution, saying he likes what he sees.
Ferdinand reacted on YouTube: “I really like him, I think he’s got great energy, he’s done that a few times off the bench.
“Gives us that extra pair of legs to get amongst it. Looks confident, wants to take the ball.”

Rio on what he wants to see next from Toby Collyer
Rio Ferdinand believes Toby Collyer’s attributes make him ready-made for Ruben Amorim’s system.
What he wants to see next from Collyer corresponds more to the players around him, allowing him to be more expansive, if he is capable of it.
The Champions League winner explained: “I’d like to see him come into a more confident team, give him more of a chance.
“But I like what I’ve seen so far, he’s fantastic physically. The way Amorim wants to play, what you’ve got to be is mobile, and he’s that.
“I’d like to see him get a bit of possession, see what he’s like then.”
There’s no doubting that Toby Collyer has passed the tests in front of him so far. But at Manchester United, the next one is always around the corner.
