Paul Pogba was denied a frosty reunion with Jose Mourinho in December due to injury when Manchester United beat Tottenham 2-1.
He is reportedly on schedule to be fit to face his former manager early next month.
The Mail report Pogba is hoping to be fit for the Manchester derby on March 8.
United face Tottenham a week later on March 15 in a Sunday afternoon televised game.

All games at this stage of the season are crucial, and this one will be no different.
Spurs are currently two points above us and are also targeting a top four place.
Better late than never
Pogba’s return has been a long time coming, he has started just six games all season.
As we noted yesterday, despite this, he still ranks in the top three players for ‘accurate through balls’ in the Premier League all season, demonstrating how he has the creativity United have been lacking.
Pogba and Mourinho fell out at United, with the Frenchman dropped to the bench for the manager’s final games in charge last December.
While his motivation to play for United is a constant source of debate, United are stronger with him available.

Even assuming Pogba may leave, he will want to get into form ahead of Euro 2020, and to prove his quality to potential suitors in the summer transfer window.
Games against Manchester City and Tottenham present a perfect opportunity for him to do so.
Getting one over on former boss Jose Mourinho could be a decisive motivating factor for him to rush back.
