Manchester United defender Noussair Mazraoui has decided to sign with a new agency during the summer transfer window.

Noussair Mazraoui is set to rejoin the first-team Manchester United later this week following his 2026 World Cup campaign with Morocco.

But before his reunion with the United squad, Mazraoui has decided to change the agency he is signed to.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Mazraoui has chosen to sign for Panthera as the new agency to represent him.

Noussair Mazraoui joins Anthony Elanga and Teden Mengi

Mazraoui’s new agents, Panthera, are a London-based agency who manage talents within the Premier League and major European leagues.

According to their website, Panthera have a strong Netherlands presence, “enabling day-to-day proximity to EU markets and North African pathways”.

Their top clients include former United academy graduates Anthony Elanga and Teden Mengi.

Panthera were responsible for overseeing Anthony Elanga’s £55m move to Newcastle from Nottingham Forest in 2025.

Mengi, who is now a regular at Luton Town, is also signed to the agency.

Is Noussair Mazraoui angling for a Man United exit?

Mazraoui signing with a new agency, midway through the summer transfer window, suggests he may want to force through a transfer.

Interestingly, Ruben Amorim’s AC Milan have shown interest in Mazraoui this summer.

Diogo Dalot appears to be ahead of Mazraoui in Michael Carrick’s pecking order heading into 2026/27, although a switch to left-back could be on the cards for Mazraoui following his impressive performances there for Morocco.

However, switching agency does not always align with a player wanting to leave, and so far Mazraoui has not made any suggestion that he is not happy in Manchester.
